I need to cancel my account, how do I proceed?
Customers wishing to cancel their service should email our support desk an email containing their name, their hosted domain name and/or hosting account username, and some other piece of information that can be used to verify their identity (ie: original password for the account, billing address, phone number, etc).
Email notification of a cancellation request must be received by Pure Energy Systems at least 5 business days prior to the customers next billing date in order to guarantee that service will be terminated and the customer not billed for the next month.
Alternatively, clients can simply log into our site and submit a trouble ticket requesting the account be terminated.
